WHEN TO ORDER
Personalized Favors: We advise you to order 2-4 months before your event, we know sometimes time gets away from the bride. So don't worry. Actual printing times for favor items: allow 2-3 weeks for most items plus shipping time.Our deluxe favors like glassware, candles, votives, etc. take 3-4 weeks to manufacture, plus shipping time. AVOID RUSH CHARGES ORDER EARLY!

Invitations: We advise 4-6 months before wedding date to order invitation. Invitation Printing:
     2-3 days for Online National Brands Plus Shipping Time
     2-3 weeks for House Brands Plus Shipping Time

ONLINE ORDERING TIME FRAME:
You must have minimum of 4 weeks before date needed. If you do not have enough time you must call or come in person to place your order.  RUSHES are sometimes available depending on production schedule. A rush charge for printing would apply and possible rush shipping charges also. Call for assistance for rush orders.

Canadian Residents must send money order or cashier check in US funds, no credit cards orders accepted. Your shipping charges will be adjusted. Please call or write for details.

RETURN POLICY:   All sales final. No returns or exchanges.
If there is an error in printing due to a mistake on our part, we will quickly reprint your order at no additional cost. If the error is the customers mistake, we will reprint the order, but customer will be responsible for the price of reprinting (less 25%) plus the shipping costs. There are no warranties or returns made for item color. If color is important to you, we advise you to request a sample of item prior to ordering to insure your satisfaction.

UPS Shipping Times from Ohio
West coast customers should allow 5-6 working day to reach you after printing.
Customers in the heartland and Florida should allow 2-4 days
East coast customers should allow 2 days.
